How do your fees work?
Oceancrest Rental Co. charges a 20% management fee out of the monthly revenue. Guests pay the cleaning fee!

Highly responsive no matter what the need is, she is always there when you need her. Unlike most other rental management companies, Lauren is on site every single week and before and after each check in/check out to ensure everything runs smoothly and is in proper working order. As someone who grew up in the town of Wells and currently lives next door in Kennebunk, she is close by when needed and knows the area inside and out.
